WHO is Responsible for Processing Your Personal Data? 

When you interact with or make purchases of CLARIN CLAY PIPES products on the Site, the entity responsible for processing your personal data is CLARIN CLAY PIPES (“CLARIN CLAY PIPES”, “our”, “we” or “us”) in partnership with companies or affiliates of the CLARIN CLAY PIPES group.  CLARIN CLAY PIPES is licensed to operate the Sites and distribute CLARIN CLAY PIPES branded products for online and retail purchase in Brazil. 

When you register an account and/or access your CLARIN CLAY PIPES account, the CLARIN CLAY PIPES Family will process your personal data in accordance with the CLARIN CLAY PIPES Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws and regulations, including, but not limited to Law no. 13,709/2018 or “LGPD” (“Applicable Privacy Laws”).

WHAT Personal Data Do We Collect and WHEN?

We request certain personal data to provide you with the required products or services. For example, when you make purchases, contact our customer services, request to receive communications, create an account or use our Sites.

CHILDREN

We comply with local laws and do not allow children to register on our Sites when they are under the legal age limit in the country in which they reside. We will request parental consent with respect to children participating in CLARIN CLAY PIPES experiences and events.

We use a variety of technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to maintain the security of your personal data.

International Transfers of your Personal Data

The personal data we collect (or process) in the context of our Sites will be stored in Brazil and other countries. Some of the data recipients with which CLARIN CLAY PIPES shares your personal data may be located in countries other than the country where your personal data was originally collected. In general, this means that your personal data will be retained for as long as you maintain your account. As for personal data related to product purchases, we retain it longer to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and sales laws and for warranty purposes). 

YOUR RIGHTS Regarding Your Personal Data

You have the right to request: (i) confirmation as to whether we process personal data about you and access to your personal data; (ii) an electronic copy of your personal data (portability); (iii) the rectification of your personal data if they are incomplete or incorrect; and (iv) the deletion/deletion or restriction, blocking or anonymization of your personal data in certain circumstances, if it is unnecessary, excessive or not treated in accordance with applicable law. These rights are not absolute. Where we obtain your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before your consent was withdrawn.
