Return Policies

If you purchased and received a product that did not fit you, or was not the color or model you wanted, you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt to request a return. If the reason for the return is due to a defect in the product, the return period will be 90 days from receipt.

How to return the product?

Returns for exchange via the website are made by post at the Post Office. When requesting the exchange, we will give you a postage code and you must go to any accredited Post Office with the product ready for shipping.

How to prepare the product for shipping?

  • To return the product, it must be packaged and protected against possible damage caused by transport, therefore, use the original packaging you received with protective elements, such as bubble wrap, corrugated paper, among others. If you no longer have the packaging, use a suitable box or something similar that protects the product from breakage. The instruction manual, original box and all accessories you received with your product must be returned intact with the product as well. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY TRANSPORTATION, IMPROPER USE TO ANY PART OF THE PRODUCT, ITS BOX AND ACCESSORIES WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED BY CLARIN CLAY PIPES.

  • The destination address does not need to be stated on the packaging, the agency will know the return address based on the postage code itself.

  • Important: You must place a copy of your invoice inside the packaging of the product that will be returned and take another copy on hand so that it can be attached to the outside of the packaging. If you return more than one item, place an invoice inside each package and have copies on hand to attach to the packages when you go to the Post Office.

 

Exchanges and Returns

According to the CDC (Consumer Protection Code), below are the criteria for return due to regret or exchange:
- Within 7 calendar days from delivery.
- The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, unused, with adequate storage and without any marks or signs that alter the quality of the product.
- The cost of return and exchange shipping is borne by the customer.
- Refunds and exchanges will be accepted after the product has been returned and our shipment has been analyzed.
